About You
The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1+ years in recruitment, whether in an agency or corporate setting. Preferred candidates will have at least 1+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience within the healthcare sector. Practical experience with various virtual interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and comfort with in-person interviews. Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other innovative sourcing tools to identify quality candidates.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: CINQCARE is committed to addressing longstanding gaps in care delivery for Black and Brown populations. This role is crucial for sourcing and retaining talent to ensure CINQCARE can effectively fulfill its mission.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; capacity to comprehend and convey job requirements across diverse roles; adept at presenting concepts and models clearly to CINQCARE's team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and manage effective relationships with business leaders and external stakeholders.

About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle recruiting activities for designated roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will:
- Source highly specialized candidates across various levels for our organization.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure the highest quality candidates are presented to our team.
- Consult with leadership on overall hiring strategies and customize our search approach accordingly.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends to evaluate candidates against industry-standard assessments.
- Generate new leads and expand your talent network.
- Engage with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and attract top professionals.
- Tailor recruitment strategies to foster a diverse workforce by hiring talented individuals from varied backgrounds and experiences.
- Build community connections to enhance local talent acquisition efforts.
- Participate in relevant events, including job fairs and networking opportunities, to promote CINQCARE's brand and employment offerings.
- Coordinate the interview process, including conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
General Duties
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will:
- Leadership: Assist in defining and executing strategies to create business value through effective talent acquisition.
- Collaboration: Ensure alignment of talent acquisition with business strategy by working closely with other divisions to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet CINQCARE's objectives.
- Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in talent acquisition, including recommending approaches for recruitment strategies and performance evaluation.
- Culture: Foster a productive, collaborative, safe, and inclusive work environment for the team and the broader organization.
Working Environment and Physical Requirements
This position entails office-based work in a traditional office setting with conditioned air and artificial lighting. Effective communication with customers, vendors, management, and colleagues is essential, including interactions with individuals who may be agitated.
Regular use of telecommunication and email for communication is required. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and may occasionally require lifting up to 30 lbs. Proficiency in using common office equipment, such as computers and copiers, is necessary. Strong reasoning abilities are important for understanding and utilizing management reports and other documents.
Compensation:
Salary ranges from $66,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.
