We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at DLA Piper. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying top talent across the United States through the development of innovative recruitment strategies.

The Recruiting Team is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with a high volume of diverse candidates and hiring managers, working cohesively and efficiently to fill staff requisitions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
  • Screen resumes, review video interviews, make recommendations for hire, and deliver employment offers
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure successful hiring practices
  • Communicate important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (compensation, benefits), manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and communicate with HR regularly to coordinate new hires and other recruiting activities as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years' recruiting experience required in a high-volume recruiting department
  • Experience working in ATS systems (i.e, Taleo, Peoplefluent)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Recruiting experience in a law firm

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements:
