Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor fellow make-ready and detailing technicians
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of make-ready materials
  • Serve as a communication bridge between department personnel and sales management to streamline processes for both new and pre-owned automobiles
  • Perform detailing services on customer vehicles as required
  • Uphold strict compliance with dealership standards regarding vehicle care and operation
  • Identify any damages and inform the service department to initiate claims within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections of all vehicles prior to their display
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries
  • Participate in departmental meetings

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required.

1 to 3 months of relevant experience and/or training is preferred. Candidates with a comparable mix of education and experience will also be taken into account.
