Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day account relationships with senior-level clients.
- Coordinate the execution of service activities and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Analyze risk financing programs and perform coverage comparisons to ensure optimal solutions for clients.
- Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing, ensuring account profitability and value-based approach.
- Stay current on industry data and introduce innovative ideas to help clients manage risk effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Insurance licensing as required.
- 7-10+ years of relevant insurance experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills and technical proficiency.
