Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day account relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Coordinate the execution of service activities and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Analyze risk financing programs and perform coverage comparisons to ensure optimal solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing, ensuring account profitability and value-based approach.
  • Stay current on industry data and introduce innovative ideas to help clients manage risk effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Insurance licensing as required.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant insurance experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and technical proficiency.
