Job Overview

This School Psychologist position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, providing therapeutic support, and collaborating with the school community to foster a supportive educational environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in school psychology, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to determine students' learning, behavioral, and emotional requirements, formulating individualized education plans (IEPs) and recommending targeted interventions.
  • Deliver individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges, and aid students in developing coping mechanisms and enhancing their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to create a supportive and conducive educational environment, offering expert advice on classroom management, behavioral strategies, and methods to boost student engagement and learning.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in School Psychology.
  • Active Oregon Psych license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet speed.
Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience, plus benefits package.
