About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Clinic RN to join our team at PMG South Royal Bldg-Medford. As a member of our staff, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $35.35 - $55.97 per hour, depending on experience. Required Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should possess a graduate degree from an accredited registered nursing school and hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Washington or Oregon. National Provider BLS certification by the American Heart Association is also required.

With a minimum of 18 months of professional nursing experience, you will be well-positioned to make a positive impact on our patients' lives and advance your career within our organization.
