Position Summary:

As a pivotal member of our PowerGen Division, you will spearhead a multifaceted team dedicated to managing all contracts and project functions. Your leadership will be essential in overseeing customer interactions, managing routine orders, and driving the performance of new product development initiatives. Collaboration with various departments will be crucial to ensure alignment with customer needs and overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee demand planning, ensure sales targets are met, and achieve on-time delivery through effective planning and risk management strategies.
  • Provide visionary leadership to promote sustainable business growth, nurturing customer relationships, and working alongside functional leaders to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and resolution of issues.
  • Lead pricing strategies in accordance with business objectives and manage proposals for both existing and new product lines.
  • Negotiate long-term agreements and cultivate relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with business development teams on planning for new customer acquisitions and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
  • PMP certification is required, or the ability to obtain it within six months of employment.
  • A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in program management, business development, or manufacturing operations, including at least two years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong grasp of financial planning, strategic development, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork, build effective teams, and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Expertise in assessing and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams towards ambitious goals while encouraging innovative thinking.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
