Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of our properties, including performing repairs, conducting inspections, and scheduling work orders.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Manage maintenance materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that they are properly stored and utilized.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and contractor information.
- Communication: Collaborate with property managers, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that residents are satisfied with the level of service provided.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with trade-related courses or certifications preferred.
- Skills: Valid driver's license, mechanical skills, ability to work at heights, and knowledge of OSHA standards.
