**Job Summary:**

The Angel Wings Foundation Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Director to oversee the administrative operation and financial support of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, customers, and residents.
  • Hire and train all staff members.
  • Delegate tasks to administrative staff and monitor daily facility operations.
  • Act as a liaison between all levels of staff regarding financial and administrative issues.
  • Develop and promote policies to ensure positive interaction between administrative staff and other personnel.
  • Make changes to increase efficiency in the workplace.
  • Generate annual workflow finances.
  • Organize the workplace to streamline workflow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with training staff to organize and model emergent curriculum, classroom structure, positive teaching techniques, and philosophy.
  • Collaborate with the board of directors on organizational goals, leadership strategies, and administrative duties.
  • Build community relationships through ongoing communication, facility events, and social media.
  • Promote curriculum documentation as a facility educational resource.
  • Model a best practice approach to positive behavioral management.
  • Create and communicate a positive team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in one of the major fields of study, including social work, sociology, psychology, special education, counseling and guidance, criminal justice, and any other area in the human services field as approved by the agency.
  • Have at least two years of professional supervisory experience in child welfare.
  • Oversee program operation and development.
  • Review the appropriateness of admission of each child to the facility, participate in developing, reviewing, and updating child assessments and care plans, provide technical assistance to group care staff and agencies, and periodically review and update facility policies and procedures.
