We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at Virtual Service Operations in Tucson, Arizona.
As an IT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting common issues, and ensuring their technology needs are met.
- Setting up and troubleshooting IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, and printers.
- Performing desktop support tasks, such as workstation software break-fix support, IMAC (PC Install, Moves, Adds, and Changes), image loads, asset recovery, asset tagging, printer support, and client center (tech bar) support.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide exceptional support to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous working experience in desktop support, with training provided for all entry-level new hires.
- Knowledge of PC imaging, change management, and incident management.
- Experience with using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe.
- Preferred qualifications include certification as a Dell Technician, expertise in inventory control, and a strong understanding of IT service management.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for IT support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
