Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise.
  • Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
  • Lead development projects to meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
  • Provide technical leadership to project managers and programmers working on development project teams.
  • Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining back-office systems and software.
  • Champion new and existing systems design projects and procurement or outsourcing plans for compliance with standards and architectural plans.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new application integration technology into the existing Application Integration environment.
  • Ensure that integration planning and practices are aligned with strategic business goals and the company's overall strategic vision.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum twelve years of experience in the development and maintenance of large-scale application systems such as SAP.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA and SAP RISE.
  • Working experience with Defect Management and Testing tools.
  • Experience with detailed requirements gathering and creation of functional and technical specifications.
  • Experience leading and managing small to medium size teams.
  • Significant experience with unit and integration testing.
  • Experience with post-production application support and maintenance.
  • Supply Chain and Financials experience.
  • Experience with Planning and Forecasting.
  • Knowledge of automotive related industry.
  • Broad process experience.
  • Knowledge of the integration points with other modules.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ABAP and BTP CAP development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to achieve results.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in order to interact with users at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Strong business process design and application architecture skills.
