Mental Health Therapist

Glacier Health and Development Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychotherapy Associate to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient counseling team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse population, including adults, children, families, couples, and groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions in-person or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans
- Develop and implement treatment plans, tracking progress and documenting client outcomes
- Participate in weekly supervision meetings with our on-site supervisor and bi-weekly staff meetings
- Support the assessment administration and observation teams
- Collaborate with the administrative and intake teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a CACREP-accredited counseling program
- Ability to commute to work and maintain a reliable internet connection for virtual work
- Eligibility to obtain liability insurance and a QMHP-T/A/C license with the Virginia Board of Counseling
