Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing services to patients requiring assistance
- Ensure the delivery of superior nursing care in accordance with established standards
- Enhance patient safety and the quality of care provided
- Engage in effective communication and delivery of care strategies
- Manage patient care transitions and act as a reliable resource
- Develop systems to improve access and continuity of healthcare services
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid State Nursing License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience; ASPAN membership is a plus
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
- Experience across various specialties including General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, Oral Surgery, OB/GYN, and more
- Familiarity with AORN standards, Infection Control, Safety protocols, and Joint Commission standards
