Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of Calm's products and services, enabling informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain accurate and informative knowledge base articles and training materials
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently
