Position Overview:

The Golden Nugget Hotels & Casinos is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Compensation:
$500 Sign-on Bonus
$100 after 30 days
$200 after 60 days
$200 after 90 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding and professional guest service consistently in all interactions.
  • Complete the registration process for incoming guests, ensuring all necessary documentation and payment details are collected.
  • Manage the settlement of guest accounts during check-out, including payment processing and cash handling.
  • Address guest inquiries regarding entertainment options and provide comprehensive information to enhance their stay.
  • Generate and manage routine reports, and assist in training new staff members as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and staff, addressing any complaints by directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet the needs of hotel guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in hotel front desk operations is strongly preferred.
