Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Chamonix Casino Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments, packages, and services.
• Check guests into our software system and process payments for services performed.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Report any issues or concerns to management and provide solutions to improve guest services and reception policies.
• Educate guests on spa treatments, services, and retail products, promoting packages and discounts.
• Communicate with spa leadership on staff, guest, and facility operations issues.
• Navigate computers, spa software, and phone systems with proficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and internal policies.
• Ensure guests are aware of and follow spa policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a spa and luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and money handling skills.

• One or more years of experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment.

• $18.00+ per hour based on experience.
