Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2-3 years of experience in office management or similar administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience managing office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships an asset
