About the Job

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads for our executive team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers. You will make outbound calls to generate appointments, develop new contacts through LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and manage data for new and prospective clients within Cloze.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities using cold-calling, email blasts, inbound marketing leads, and working prospect lists.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including social media leads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Make outbound calls to generate appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within Cloze, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Two or more years of telemarketing/phone sales experience, preferably in a prospecting/lead generation role.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Cloze and tracking reports.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 per annum.
