About the Role

HireQuest Direct is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling staffing services to industries such as construction, warehouse, and light industrial.

Your primary focus will be on engaging in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals. You will also maintain and further develop relationships with existing clients, compile prospective customer lists from various sources, and travel throughout the Houston metro area to meet regular and prospective customers.

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to attend after-hours networking events and take client calls on nights and weekends. Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain and further develop relationships with existing clients
  • Compile prospective customer lists from various sources
