Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of field operations
- Develop and oversee project timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, plans, and specifications
- Set budgets and monitor expenditures
- Analyze cost discrepancies and implement corrective measures
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate quality expectations to subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Maintain job site organization and cleanliness
- Prepare daily time reports for team members
- Document daily project activities
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Basic proficiency in computer applications is preferred
- Willingness to travel for project assignments
- Competitive salary range: $124,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience
