MEP Superintendent Job Description

Gpac, a leading recruitment company, is partnering with a well-established company in the HVAC and Plumbing industry to find an experienced MEP Superintendent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join a team that values exceptional service and a friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and regularly updating project schedules and associated project reporting.
  • Effectively manage and lead on-site tradesmen.
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trade contractors and the construction site.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of installing commercial HVAC systems and equipment for various types of commercial projects.
  • Attend weekly construction meetings with general contractors, communicate directly with project managers, and work through problems as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • HVAC Geothermal Experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
  • Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
