Project Overview
The contractor will conduct a thorough analysis concerning issues related to defective tablets in containers and instances of insufficient fill levels. The organization has encountered multiple customer grievances regarding these matters: low fill levels are primarily associated with packaging defects. This issue has been prevalent across various product strengths, with a noticeable increase in complaints related to 200mg / 30ct containers.
Additionally, the contractor will investigate the rise in complaints regarding broken tablets, which have recently outnumbered those concerning low fill levels.
The consultant's responsibilities will include:
- Assessing customer complaints and evaluating the packaging procedures to propose enhancements.
- Reviewing the manufacturing processes to identify potential improvements.
- Recommending strategies to mitigate the occurrence of broken tablets during packaging.
- Possessing a background in Quality Packaging and Manufacturing is essential.
- Experience in Bulk Manufacturing and Packaging is preferred.
