Job Overview

ACI Solutions is seeking a skilled and dynamic Tier II IT Specialist to join our global IT team. Based in Singapore, this role involves providing comprehensive technical support and IT solutions across various international sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier II support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues on-site and remotely.
  • Participate in global IT infrastructure projects, including the implementation of new systems, upgrades, migrations, and rollouts across multiple international locations.
  • Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to security protocols.
  • Travel to various company sites worldwide to assist in IT audits, infrastructure assessments, equipment setups, system maintenance, and user training.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to on-site staff and remote teams, ensuring users are proficient with IT systems and best practices.
  • Create and update comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and problem resolutions, and share knowledge with the broader IT team.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to facilitate hardware repairs, software installations, and network-related solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with global IT policies, security protocols, and data privacy regulations at each international location.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role, with exposure to international support being highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux), Microsoft 365, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Physical mobility and stamina required to travel extensively and work in diverse environments.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness and capability to travel up to 70% of the time across different regions (Asia, Europe, Americas, etc.).
  • Cultural awareness and experience working with diverse teams and clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and remote support platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework or similar best practices in IT service delivery.

Relocation:

  • $25,000 Moving Stipend
