NICU Ventilation Specialist

Responsibilities- Administer respiratory therapies to critically ill patients, including invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
To excel in this position, you will need:
- An RRT or CRT credential from a recognized certifying agency
- At least 2 years of NICU experience, preferably with leadership or education responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Our salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
