**About the Role**

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires experience working with critically ill neonates, infants, adults, and geriatrics. You will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide respiratory care to patients in the NICU, including mechanical ventilation, noninvasive ventilation, and inhaled medications* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans* Conduct arterial punctures and administer inhaled nitric oxide as needed* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current RRT or CRT certification
  • Experience working in the NICU, preferably with mechanical ventilation and critical care expertise
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
