Comprehensive Care for Newborns

At Williamson Health, we seek a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of newborns and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in perinatal/NICU healthcare delivery. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to infants and their families. Your expertise will be invaluable in promoting optimal outcomes and supporting the emotional and medical needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time frame, utilizing observation, communication, and examination skills.
  • Develop individualized care plans, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnoses, standards of care/practice, interventions, and attainable outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth transition from hospital to home.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six months of hire.
  • Able to function in stressful situations.
  • Special Care Nursery/NICU experience desirable.
  • Able to return to work within 1 hour when on call.

Location and Salary

This role is based in Franklin, Tennessee, and offers an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience.
