Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals and existing client relationships.
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Lead dispute investigations, conducting thorough financial analyses and providing expert testimony.
  • Conduct financial investigations, performing due diligence and providing recommendations.
  • Manage team members, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure staff development and success.
  • Determine and manage budgets and profitability, ensuring the team's financial performance.
  • Lead client interactions, attending depositions and court appearances as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to generate new business through referrals and existing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and coaching.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong network of professional contacts.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in valuation, forensic, and litigation services, with a strong background in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, with professional licenses or credentials such as ASA or CFA.
