Employee Relations Manager

At Creative Financial Staffing, we're seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in resolving employee relations issues and facilitating conflict resolution between employees and supervisors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating complaints such as harassment, discrimination, and unfair treatment
- Using independent judgment in conducting investigations, recommending resolutions, and preparing reports for HR Director approval
- Supporting management with employee performance issues, progressive discipline, and preparing HR/legal documentation
- Advising managers on labor laws, wage/hour compliance, and harassment/discrimination prevention
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to employee management and reducing legal risks
- Responding to internal and external inquiries
- Conducting stay and exit interviews
- Training leaders and staff on conflict resolution and the grievance process
- Collaborating with outside counsel and agencies as needed
- Developing and managing a complaint tracking system
- Overseeing the employee ambassador program
Requirements include:
- 5-7 years of employee relations experience
- HR certification
