Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team of customer service employees, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service initiatives
  • Lead and develop a team of customer service employees, providing training, feedback, and development opportunities
  • Partner with department management to prioritize and delegate tasks, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a champion for our values and standards
  • React quickly to situations that arise, partnering with store leadership to problem solve operational challenges
Requirements
  • 1 or more years of work experience, preferably in customer service or a related field
  • Computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on customer service and employee development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team in a retail or customer service environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
