Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Wegmans. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team of customer service employees, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Lead a team of customer service employees, providing guidance, training, and feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with department management to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail management
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
