Marketing & Communications Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications professional to join our Wealth Management Product Marketing team at BNY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling financial services content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft engaging financial services content that aligns with the preferences of high-net-worth investors.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content roadmap, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure timely and relevant content.
  • Manage the quality of content and style, ensuring consistency and adherence to our tone and manner guide.
  • Provide writing, editorial, and proofreading support across various channels and media, including thought leadership reports, white papers, web articles, and social media.
  • Ensure all content follows our Content Guide parameters and adheres to our Content Approval and Archiving process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' financial writing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a journalism background and exposure to high-end financial publications.
  • Superior writing, copy-editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into reader-friendly copy.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships across a global, complex firm.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently, produce quality work under tight deadlines, and move projects forward with minimal direction.
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment topics, and the needs and goals of high-net-worth investors, family offices, and institutions.
