About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Specialist to join our team at Global Lending Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to meet or exceed monthly purchase objectives
  • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to increase the deal pipeline and provide information on the GLS dealer program
  • Provide exceptional customer service to dealer partners, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Funding and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of deals
  • Document all interactions and updates in CRM and the company's proprietary software
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required, college degree highly desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment and successfully overcome objections
  • Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office
