Job Title: Respiratory Care Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Respiratory Care Specialist to work with our medical team in providing diagnostic cardiopulmonary evaluation and respiratory therapy treatments to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Initiating, conducting, and modifying prescribed therapeutic and diagnostic procedures such as administering medical gases, humidification and aerosols, aerosolized medications, postural drainage, bronchopulmonary hygiene, cardiopulmonary resuscitation;

- Providing support services to mechanically ventilated patients;

- Maintaining artificial and natural airways;

- Performing pulmonary function testing, hemodynamic monitoring, and other physiologic monitoring;

- Collecting specimens of blood and other materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A bachelor's degree in respiratory care or a related field;

- 5 years of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a hospital setting;

- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT);

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
