Growth Strategist

DripShop is the leading social commerce platform, empowering creators, resellers, and brands to generate significant income through its AI-enabled tools and marketplace.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Growth Lead to drive user acquisition and retention efforts, leveraging their expertise in marketing fundamentals and innovative growth tactics to propel our business forward.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on key metrics such as conversion rates, new buyers, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Optimizing our digital marketing strategy, creative, and budget allocation across paid spend, affiliate partnerships, influencer, and more.
- Managing a team of 5+ direct reports, providing daily support, prioritization, and feedback on content.
- Building and executing a flexible, replicable playbook to collaborate with DripShop streamers, collectibles influencers, and other partners.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience directly owning growth results across several channels.
- Fluent English language skills.
- 3+ years of experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup.
- Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into insight into action.
- Fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels, including owned, influencer, paid, and earned.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done.
- Track record of thoughtful team development and people management.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Product/Engineering teams to implement growth perspective into roadmap and product development process.
