Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Lead to drive user acquisition and retention efforts, leveraging their expertise in marketing fundamentals and innovative growth tactics to propel our business forward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on key metrics such as conversion rates, new buyers, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Optimizing our digital marketing strategy, creative, and budget allocation across paid spend, affiliate partnerships, influencer, and more.
  • Managing a team of 5+ direct reports, providing daily support, prioritization, and feedback on content.
  • Building and executing a flexible, replicable playbook to collaborate with DripShop streamers, collectibles influencers, and other partners.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience directly owning growth results across several channels.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 3+ years of experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup.
  • Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into insight into action.
  • Fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels, including owned, influencer, paid, and earned.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done.
  • Track record of thoughtful team development and people management.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with Product/Engineering teams to implement growth perspective into roadmap and product development process.
