Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring a 5-star experience.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
- Manage client interactions, including negotiations, contract openings, and closures.
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with inquiries and concerns, both in person and over the phone.
- Communicate company products, services, and policies to clients.
- Perform tasks such as pickup and dropoff services, shuttle delivery, and logistics.
- Research clients prior to their arrival and offer service upgrades.
- Utilize company-wide programs, sales development, prospecting, projects, guest events, and reporting for group business development.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Wear proper uniform at all times while working.
- Be ready to work at the start of scheduled shifts.
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors.
- Uphold company nondisclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to manage guest services effectively and successfully.
- Ability to work individually or within a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to maintain and project professional behaviors towards clients and associates.
- Ability to work in varying environments, such as indoors and outdoors.
- Must be a self-starter and proactive.
- Excellent customer service skills, commitment to excellence, and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Ability to accept instructions or directions and see them through to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs without assistance.
- Ability to work in weather and elements and with varying degrees.
- Work between frequently alternating environments, inside and outside, sun light and office light.
- Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above.
