Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day field operations, including client communication, managing materials and personnel, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee project layout and quality control, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Work alongside and train crews as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Update project management software daily, including photos, job progress, and delays.
  • Materials and Equipment Management: Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for the next day's operations.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: English and Spanish required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of concrete foreman experience preferred, with a minimum of 10-12 years of concrete experience.
  • Physical Demands: Able to sit, stand, bend, and lift 100lbs, sometimes for long periods of time and frequently.
  • Personal Qualities: Always looking to improve skills, quality, and income; always doing the right thing, regardless of who's watching or not watching; and always ready to learn, pivot, and grow when mistakes are made or feedback is given.
  • Leadership: Able to get behind company values and vision, and be a leader in exemplifying them to the team.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use devices such as a computer and/or smartphone for time tracking, expense management, daily communication, and updates.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read and understand scopes of work, plans, and specifications.
