Job Summary

This role supports the company's consultant contracting and sponsorship technology involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Business Services Group systems, including data management, integration, system development, change management, and training support.
  • Provide user assistance for system navigation questions and issues.
  • Request estimates from vendors and authorization approvals from internal stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on systems and internal processes.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to streamline current processes and reduce cycle time.
  • Work effectively with team/group to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Develop project plans that integrate and align with cross-departmental processes and other projects.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with system support/projects and customer service experience.
  • Ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.
