Senior Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Luxfer MEL Technologies in Flemington, NJ. As a Senior Customer Service Administrator, you will play a primary role in collaborating across departments to ensure the efficient management of customer orders. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate Customer Service Team activities.
- Perform performance reviews for the Customer Service Team twice a year.
- Monitor the Customer Service Team Scorecard.
- Ensure adherence and completion of regular weekly and daily activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business or 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
