Job Summary

The Chief Medical Officer will provide medical oversight and leadership for the administration of on-site health units, ensuring compliance with federal and local laws and regulations. This role requires a strong background in emergency medicine, international medicine, or family practice, as well as experience in healthcare leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical oversight and leadership for on-site health units
  • Supervise medical staff and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Develop and implement medical staffing plans to meet care requirements
  • Collaborate with local health systems and emergency services
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • 5 years of clinical experience as a Physician in emergency medicine, international medicine, or family practice
  • 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership position
  • Current unrestricted U.S. Medical License
  • Board Certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family practice
Working Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment with a moderate noise level. The incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time.
