Xenia is seeking a Director of Marketing and Growth Strategies to lead our marketing efforts.
Our founding team is composed of a diverse group of professionals with expertise in technology, sales, marketing, and investment. We are in search of motivated individuals who possess outstanding skills in their respective fields and are eager to influence the trajectory of Xenia.
Xenia operates as an operational platform tailored for the expansive $2.7 billion frontline worker sector, focusing primarily on multi-unit operators in industries such as restaurants, retail, convenience, and manufacturing.
Backed by a Boston-based venture capital firm, we primarily rely on inbound and product-led growth strategies, while also identifying opportunities to enhance our pipeline through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass comprehensive leadership of marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, and product marketing strategies. This will involve collaborating cross-functionally with our product team and founders to manage our product-led growth approach.
You will also be responsible for executing growth experiments aimed at increasing demand and enhancing the top of the sales funnel. Potential experiments may include:
- Interactive product demonstrations
- Product-led SEO strategies
- AI-driven onboarding processes
- Scalable review generation (Capterra, G2)
- Email marketing campaigns and review solicitation
- Content creation for blogs
- Active engagement on professional networks
- Collaborative marketing with partner companies
- Paid advertising initiatives
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about in-person collaboration
- Adept at building systems and measuring outcomes
- Extensive experience in SEO and understanding of organic demand's impact on product-led growth
- Familiarity with tools for establishing growth workflows (e.g., Clay, Hubspot, AI copywriting tools)
- Experience in setting up and analyzing email sequences
- A minimum of 2 years in a growth-focused role within a B2B SaaS startup
- Direct experience collaborating with Account Executives or sales leadership
What You Bring:
Proven expertise in SEO and product marketing, particularly in scaling organic traffic.
Strong background in B2B SaaS and knowledge of content management systems.
Experience with product-led growth and inbound marketing principles is essential.
Familiarity with Google PPC, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn advertising is advantageous.
A history of driving significant traffic and conversion growth is required.
