Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer to join our team at PGIM Private Capital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the growth and success of our private credit business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to create and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, advertising, and brand management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise on marketing and branding to the company and industry.
- 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an asset management or private credit organization.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and results.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
