Financial Controller Opportunity

This non-profit organization is dedicated to aiding children and families facing trauma, abuse, or neglect. Through residential programs, it provides a secure environment for children in need, offering specialized therapeutic and clinical services, educational support, and prioritizing cultural sensitivity to positively impact the lives of those it serves.

Responsibilities:
Analyze current financial data for individual programs, program clusters, support departments, and the entire agency
Develop medium- and long-term forecasts for programs, program clusters, and the overall agency
Supervise all facets of financial management, including reporting systems, adherence to GAAP standards, internal controls, and safeguards
Direct third-party billing and customer service, implementing quality assurance processes, and overseeing system improvements aligned with the strategic plan

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
At least 7 years of relevant work experience
5 years of prior experience in a supervisory role
Experience working for a non-profit is a must
Proficient in adapting to new systems
Personable and friendly demeanor is a must
