Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is a premier American Sports and Entertainment holding entity situated in Denver, Colorado. As the operator of various venues and sports teams, we pride ourselves on being the employer of choice in the industry.
Role Responsibilities:
The Ticket Operations Resolution Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to fans while assisting with ticket distribution issues and supporting event setup and maintenance tasks. This role involves working at all KSE venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Ticket Operations (90%):
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by troubleshooting ticketing issues using the Ticketmaster system.
- Guide patrons in purchasing tickets online for KSE venues.
- Maintain a positive attitude with all customers, regardless of the situation.
- Direct customers to venue entrances after leaving the Box Office.
- Keep accurate records during shifts for potential follow-up and communication.
- Report any issues to the Manager or Director promptly.
- Facilitate ticket exchanges for ADA seating.
- Assist patrons with mobile ticket transfers and wallet uploads.
- Respond to phone and radio inquiries as needed.
Event Support and Coordination (10%):
- Assist with event operational needs, including data collection and ticket operation settlements.
- Support tasks related to event preparations, such as scanner tests and software updates.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Standard office environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of technical customer service experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Ticketmaster or a similar platform.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Preferred Skills:
- Possession of a valid driver's license and adherence to company driving standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of digital ticket sales and box office operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing and coordinating event plans and resolving issues.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $22.00.
