Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance projects and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that maintenance materials and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and that records are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business management or industrial engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing maintenance teams and developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and injection molding machines, as well as PLC programming skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, and customers.
