Responsibilities- Provide continuous cardiac rhythm surveillance for patients in general care areas and the Emergency Department
- Identify, quantify, and communicate electrocardiographic patterns and dysrhythmias
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
- Develop and maintain strong communication and customer service skills
- Stay alert and focused while monitoring patients, ensuring the highest level of patient care
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic Rhythm Interpretation Course completion and passing score of 95% or higher within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work in a team environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
- Strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Windows office systems and office equipment
