Job Summary: The General Medical Manager oversees our centers, teams, and processes, building a team of capable and competent employees to enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional operational outcomes and processes.
  • Cultivate a culture of positivity, with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) for providers and staff exceeding 82.
  • Lead stable operations, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals as outlined by the RM team.
  • Optimize operational processes to deliver on goals, including staffing percentages and budget adherence.
  • Effectively manage and collaborate with other company departments/teams to achieve successful results.
  • Drive key change and transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategic goals.
  • Audit and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all center levels, while coaching and developing staff to ensure they are high performers.
  • Hold team members accountable for our C.A.R.E. Core Habits.

Specific Goals/Objectives:

  • Build a capable and competent office team at each center.
  • Achieve monthly center goals set forth by the GM Report and KPIs.
  • Promote a culture of positivity and help build a company with long-term sustainability.
  • Obtain high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Achieve smooth-running office-level operations and site-level autonomy.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Healthcare administration or management background preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Leadership qualities with good communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills must be developed.
  • Dermatology experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
