Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure aircraft are airworthy and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal aircraft availability.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business or Management discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and modification, with at least 6 years in a supervisory position.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and resources to achieve operational excellence.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft, machinery, facilities, and equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with S-92, VH-92A, VH-3D, and VH-60N aircraft.
  • Top-Secret clearance and favorable Tier 5 background investigation.
