As a key member of our Joint Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office, you will be responsible for supporting the Director, Deputy Director, and Requirements and Integration Division Chief in developing and maintaining requirements for Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain situational awareness and knowledge of material solutions development and acquisition programs
  • Identify and integrate developments in materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities for the Joint Force
  • Develop requirements documents in alignment with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC), and other Joint processes
  • Prepare briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, senior level decision memoranda on issues, and represent the JCO at briefings, meetings, forums, or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest
  • Execute staff actions to support JCO efforts and answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Top Secret/SCI level security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of related work experience
  • Basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission
  • Senior Military Staff experience required
