Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting functions including payroll, invoicing, billing, cash receipts, and work order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting timelines.
  • Reconcile balance sheets and analyze financial statements to uphold GAAP standards.
  • Provide analytical insights to support sales and marketing efforts, focusing on pricing strategies and profitability assessments.
  • Conduct financial analyses and present findings to the management team.
  • Oversee capital expenditures and manage asset sub-ledger transactions.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
  • Assist external auditors during the audit process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Experience in Public Accounting is advantageous.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
