Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Analyst 2 to join our team at Arkansas Employer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining business continuity plans, conducting risk analyses, and developing incident response procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain business continuity plans for all assigned areas under the Arkansas Employer umbrella.
  • Conduct Business Impact and Risk Analysis, and analyze data to identify potential risks and develop mitigating controls.
  • Develop and lead exercises and testing efforts, including tabletop exercises, event response simulations, and after-action reviews.
  • Work with teams to maintain reports and provide solutions to outstanding audit findings.
  • Lead incident teams during a time of disruption until Arkansas Employer is fully operational.
  • Eliminate risk to Arkansas Employer with best practices for Business Resiliency.
  • Make decisions on what actions will need to be taken during a disruption with limited information.
  • Decide when to communicate to associates through the emergency management system during business disruption or if Arkansas Employer is facing a potential threat.
  • Take part in projects conducted by Arkansas Employer or 3rd party vendors.
  • Keep up to date on external best practices and relevant changes to their field/area and provide communication updates to leadership.
  • Research, document, and provide solutions for various potential risks, and related mitigating controls.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to provide information and material needed to complete audits.
  • May provide leadership, development, and coaching to assigned Analyst 1s and/or Coordinators within the department.
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
